Hal Koughn, HKC Operations' president and founder, has over twenty years leadership and executive management experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial organizations spanning a broad business spectrum in diverse industries including manufacturing, supply chain/distribution, wholesale/retail, customer centric field service organizations and, of course, consulting.  Over the course of his career, Mr. Koughn has been integral in the acquisition or sale of over 30 companies.  This has provided a wealth of experience in integration, restructure/reorganization, change management, turnaround, and divestiture.
