Operations Strength Assessment

The Operations Strength Assessment (OSA) is a comprehensive analysis of the current state of an organization’s operations.  We utilize a combination of tools that create an objective evaluation of the condition of a:

¨    section;

¨    department;

¨    division;

¨    business unit; or,

¨    entire organization

to identify specific opportunities for improvement.

HKC Operations uses the information to generate an encompassing report of our findings which includes an easy to read detailed matrix which pinpoints opportunities, issues and solutions.  This becomes the foundation upon which Policy, Process, and Procedure are built.
